This day is to:

- share meaningful moments and conversation with a small, like-hearted group
- enjoy healthy, delicious food prepared and shared with care
- support your nervous system through deep rest and gentle regulation practices
- move, breathe and spend time in natureâs calming presence

Stroll through native bush and along the beach, soaking in nature and fresh air.
Guided journaling and reflection to clarify your intentions and insights.

Unwind in the spa pool, letting go of tension and reconnecting with calm.
Optional: close the day in a vineyard with more connection, local wine and a bite to eat

Iâm Mirjam, Mind Fitness & Leadership Coach and Yoga Teacher. I work with women in business who want to stay grounded, purposeful and well - even in the busiest seasons. This day is a chance to reconnect, relax and feel inspired .
This retreat combines my love of coaching, mindful movement and nature to create a truly restorative experience for a small, intimate group of women.
