A 7-Week Mind Fitness Experience
When life and work demand a lot, it’s easy to end up mentally stretched. Overthinking creeps in. Self-doubt gets louder. You keep going - but it costs more energy than it should.
The 7-week PQ®️ Program is a guided, science-based program designed to help you break free from these patterns and build the mental fitness to respond to challenges with clarity, calm and confidence.
Alongside the proven Positive Intelligence (PQ®️) framework, I integrate my learnings from Ayurveda and Yoga, together with insights from my own leadership and workplace experience, to support you in working with your mind, nervous system and energy - not just your thoughts.
